We start with a free 30-minute consultation — in person at Avenue Louise 231 or via video. You tell us about your team, current space, and goals. We ask about headcount, hybrid policies, and budget range.
Our planners visit your Brussels premises to measure, photograph, and assess the existing layout. We conduct staff interviews and optional sensor-based occupancy tracking to understand real usage patterns.
We present floor plans, 3D visualisations, furniture schedules, and a detailed budget in EUR. You review two concept options and provide feedback in a collaborative workshop with key stakeholders.
Once a concept is approved, we produce technical drawings, contractor specifications, AV layouts, and procurement lists. All documents comply with Brussels regional building codes and Belgian fire safety standards.
We manage furniture delivery, contractor coordination, and staff move-in. After completion, we conduct a post-occupancy review at 30 and 90 days to ensure the space performs as designed.
Most hybrid office projects complete within 10–16 weeks from discovery to handover. Home desk rollouts for teams of 50+ can be delivered in 4–6 weeks. Meeting zone fit-outs typically take 6–10 weeks depending on AV complexity.
